Our friend is moving out so we're looking for someone to move into our spare room. He's live here for the last 18 months and we had a friend living with us before then too! It's a decent size room with space for a desk. We have a wardrobe + build in cupboard & shelves
We are a friendly, outgoing couple (Rory & Grace) and looking for someone who can call the flat their home also. Rory works abroad so is usually home around 7 days a month between Feb - October so it'll likely be you/me majority of the time. I work in the office 3 days a week approx. We're 28 & 30.
Bills are included and open to short term lets
