Big room available in our friendly house share

Hi!

We've got a great big double room available in our friendly house in between Tooting and Colliers Wood. Great location for anyone working at St George's. It has a double bed, loads of shelving and a built in wardrobe.

All bills are included in the rent and we have a cleaner who comes every other week. You would pretty much have your own toilet and shower too.

The house is pretty great and really good value for money. We have a decent sized (wild) garden - a blessing during the summer. We also have two big fridge-freezers for all our stuff, a tumble dryer and dishwasher which keep us all happy. Our landlord is also really responsive when big items breaks too. We have a new dishwasher and tumble drier and washer. There's also a shed out back if you have a bike and some outdoor furniture too for lazy summer evenings or working days during warmer weather!

Colliers Wood tube station is a 10 minute walk away and Tooting train station is just 5 minutes away. We've got lots of green spots nearby, a giant Sainsbury's and a couple of retail parks for all your shopping. All the amazing food on offer in Tooting is only a 15 minute stroll away, and you can walk to Wimbledon in just over half an hour.

I’ve lived in-house for over five years and our other flatmates have all been here for a while too. We are all working professionals and get on well. The other flatmates are Mike, Becky, Joe and Adam. We’d really like a sociable flatmate, someone who will share a bottle (or 2) of something or just hang out in the kitchen at the end of the day and chat about their day.
