Double room in 4 bed garden house

We have a double bedroom available in our lovely Tooting home
It will be available from 1st November.
Please note, the room only comes with the wardrobe and bookshelf. The chest of drawers, curtains, lampshades and bedside table aren’t included.
We’re looking for someone to sign a new 1 year lease.


We’ll only be doing rooms viewings 14th- 21st September.
A bit about the housemates;
Katie is 32 and works for a finance magazine.
Roseanna is 30 and works in events.
Sarah is 34 and also works in events
We’ve had fun working from home together, so are a sociable bunch, enjoy binge watching shows on Netflix and spending time together during the week but enjoy going out, exploring London and have a drink or two on the weekend. But also respect the fact that everyone has their own life. We’re not a massive party house but we love having BBQs and some drinks in the garden during summer.

The house is a 5 minute to Aldi, Lidl, tk maxx Tooting Broadway station and the tooting market.

The room is £700 month plus around £80 for bills.

We also use splitwise for common household items like toilet roll and washing up liquid etc.

The house has 2 bathrooms and a spare room that we put our suitcases in as well.
