En-suite available in our friendly house share

Hello!

We've got one spot available in our friendly house in between Tooting and Colliers Wood. The room is a cosy en-suite with a double bed. It comes furnished with bed, an and built-in wardrobe. All bills are included in the rent and we have a cleaner who comes every other week.

The house is pretty great and really good value for money. We have a decent sized garden and the internet reaches out there. We also have two big fridge-freezers for all our stuff, a tumble dryer and dishwasher which keep us all happy. Our landlord is also really responsive when big items breaks too. We have a new clothes washer and tumble drier. There's also a shed out back if you have a bike and some outdoor furniture too for lazy summer evenings or working days during warmer weather!

Colliers Wood tube station is a 10 minute walk away and Tooting train station is just 5 minutes away. We've got lots of green spots nearby, a giant Sainsbury's and a couple of retail parks for all your shopping. All the amazing food on offer in Tooting is only a 15 minute stroll away, and you can walk to Wimbledon in just over half an hour.

Most of us have lived in-house for over three years and we get on well. We are all working professionals and have our own things going on but try to get together when we can for house get togethers. We spend time together in the kitchen over a brew, a bottle of something and/or a Deliveroo, but also respect each other's space.
