Double room and own bathroom in 2 bed flat. All bills included!

Lovely warm flat with all bills/costs included; biweekly Cleaner, Water, Gas, Electricity, Internet/Broadband, Council Tax, TV Licence, Home Insurance and Netflix.

This double bedroom comes furnished with two wardrobes, a bookshelf, desk/dressing table, bedside table and a double bed. There is an almost ensuite bathroom too.
The spare room also has a small desk ready and set up as I used to work from home but will be office based now!

The flat is 1st and 2nd floor flat. This room is on the 1st floor with a bathdirectly adjacent to it. There is also a small spare room. My bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor, along with the spare room my sister will sometimes come to stay in and is just useful if ever anyone else needs to stay! There is also the separate sitting room and kitchen on the 1st floor.

Based on a quiet residential street, about 3 minutes’ walk to Tooting Broadway station. It is incredibly close to the brilliant markets, with so many good restaurants, bars and pubs nearby, as well as the Library, a large Sainsbury’s, smaller Aldi and Lidl and multiple Gyms, as well as St George’s Hospital.

I am a 34 year old female professional who works in finance in Bank and sometimes is able to work from home but will mainly be in the office. I grew up in the country, and have been living in London for 12 years. Big history fan, so weekends are a mixture of museums or exhibitions, going to the pub with friends or exploring new bits of London and a bit of sport in the pub (rugby and cricket mainly) as well as just nexflix and relaxing at home. I love cooking and baking too so always good to have someone else that enjoys it too!

I am looking for a friendly housemate who is respectful of the shared space and wants a home as well as someone who is happy to hangout and watch a film or binge a tv series if not doing their own thing.

The road is a permit parking zone – so you are welcome to apply for a resident permit if you need to while living here if you have a car.

Currently looking to have someone move in as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months – happy to do a walk through the flat on video as well as in person.

I am happy for male or female housemates but sadly no cats as I have an allergy!

My sister and I own the flat jointly and have done for 6 years, so this is a home and would love someone to live here who feels the same way. She has moved to the country but sometimes will use the spare room on occasion if she’s out late for work in London, but we would have a flat WhatsApp and she will always check!
