Double room - Tooting Broadway

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely house in Tooting Broadway. 

The house spans three floors with 2.5 bathrooms. Your room would be on the ground floor, where you’d be the main user of the downstairs WC. You would then also share the 1st floor main bathroom with two other housemates.

We’re three male professionals in our mid to late 20’s who are all very social and enjoy cooking, chilled nights in, watching/playing sport and spending time in the garden. Although we spend time together in the living area, we rarely get in each others way and all run on slightly different schedules.

We aren’t a party house and all take care in making the house a home and keeping it as clean and tidy as possible, we also have a bi-weekly cleaner.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone of a similar age, male or female, who’s easy to get along with, clean, tidy, and is happy socialising together from time to time.

The room will be available from 10th August.
