Myself and Lizzie are free living, sociable and friendly young professionals who are looking for 2 new housemates to join our cosy home.
Our house is two minutes from Tooting Broadway tube stop, for the Northern line and right in the middle of the buzzing Tooting Broadway area and near to Tooting Market.
About us - Nicole is a nurse who works from home with a benefit contract and Lizzie who works in management. We are good friends that really enjoy spending time together in the house and going out. We love our cosy home and make an effort to keep it clean and tidy (most of the time!). Our landlords are lovely and we are a chilled house that has a lot of fun.
We’re looking for a like-minded, sociable and clean young professionals who is up for enjoying life in London but also will treat the house like home, just like we do.
The rooms are both a large double room with a wardrobe and space for storage.
Bills include council tax, heating, electricity, water, broadband and virgin TV.
Deposit TBC.
**currently in negotiations with the landlord but rent may increase to a max £100 per room**
