Tooting Broadway flat

Hey future potential flatmate,

The second room in this little wonderful Tooting flat will be available in March 2026

It's a great sized flat for two people, The room comes furnished, there is a large living space and good sized kitchen, bathroom and a garden for the summer months. I must add that although the flat is a great size, it’s not ideal as a permanent WFH space
It’s the perfect location to St. Georges Hospital, but a stones throw away from Tooting Broadway Station connecting you into central London via the Northern Line, there's also great bus links taking you to central, Kingston, Richmond etc etc.. Plenty of supermarkets locally - a large Sainsbury's and Lidl along with Primark, TKmaxx and not forgetting the wonderful Tooting market for delicious food.

Im Kirsty, I'm work Monday- Thursday in West London i'm pretty social and have been in London for a couple of years now. I travel quite a bit, but also like having down time in the flat, especially coming into winter. I'd love someone also social, happy to have a movie night, or binge a series and easy to get on with, rather than a stranger I share a flat with.

the flat is £950 not including bills. Bills have been around an extra £100 a month (obviously depending on season) this covers gas, electricity, water, wifi, council tax
