The house is in a perfect location on a quiet residential street (Woodbury Street), 4mins walk to Tooting Broadway tube station, 10 mins to Tooting overground. 2 mins from the nearest supermarket, 4 mins from the gym, loads of great restaurants, bars, pubs, Tooting market etc. all within 5 mins walk. If you aren't familiar with Tooting it is great and everything is on your doorstep!
Included:
- Good sized double room (£1000pcm all inclusive) with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and desk.
- A large, modern kitchen-diner with plenty of storage, all appliances including dishwasher, coffee machine and washer/ dryer. All crockery, cutlery etc. included.
- A very large, really homely living room with a big flatscreen tv
- Large bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower (would only be shared between you and one other)
- Garden, including decking, tables & chairs, BBQ etc.
- All bills included (council tax, gas, electric, broadband, water, tv license)
- Cleaner once a month for communal areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room, hallway etc.)
- Superfast broadband with hubs next to all bedrooms
About Me:
- I am a sociable 32yr old guy, working in sales for a technology company. I work from home 3/4 days a week and 1/2 days in the city.
- I have lived in Tooting for 4yrs, in London for 8yrs. Very easy going, big fan of eating out and trying new restaurants, going to the pub, big sports fan and regularly play tennis & golf, go to the gym and follow the football. Keen traveller, big comedy fan, enjoy gigs and love talking all things business & politics!
- The other housemate is 30, works in graphic design, sociable, sporty, easy going and tidy. She comes with a miniature Schnauzer, Frankie who is hypoallergenic and loves sleeping all round the house!

- Looking for housemates that are clean & respectful, easy going, sociable and share similar interests.
- LGBTQ friendly home
- Ideally looking for 6 month min term
- Only one months notice needed
- Street parking available (a permit is circa £175 per year)
