Two fully furnished rooms for rent in a newly refurbished three bedroom maisonette on two floors with a large back garden on Tooting High Street.

One room is a large double bedroom on the ground floor. The other is a double bedroom with an attached dressing room on the first floor.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared.

I am the female owner, a retired civil servant, and I will also be living in the maisonette. I am hoping to rent to female medical students or nurses.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from St George's Hospital and Tooting Broadway Underground station.
