Great double room in Tooting Broadway!

Double room in a friendly houseshare in Tooting Broadway available from the 18th February.

We’re a house of 4 professionals who are looking for another housemate as one of us is moving out. We’re currently 2 guys and 2 girls so we’re looking for another guy to keep the balance.

We like hanging out together in the evenings chilling after work, trips to the pub and house roasts! We’re looking for someone who is keen to hang out now and then, but equally is sociable and has their own things going on outside the house!

We all have 9-5 jobs and work mostly outside the house, so are preferably looking for someone who works similar.

Rent and bills together is £717. This includes a cleaner (although also looking for someone clean themselves!). Looking to do views w/c 23rd Jan.
