All bills are included, including internet and a weekly cleaner for the common areas (bathroom, toilet and kitchen).

The flat is well presented with central heating and double glazed windows installed throughout and we have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas. There are currently 3 friendly young professionals living here (inc, a physiotherapist, housekeeper and cafe manager).

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and large built in wardrobe. Please note there is no living room in the flat.
