Double room available with south facing garden

Hello.

Will, Joe and I are advertising a room in our home. We are all friends of friends and our flatmate is moving out in July.

Move in date:
Anytime between 7th - 20th July 2024 onwards - can be flexible. We usually pay rent on the 20th.

A bit about us:
- We like our sports, mostly football, tennis and cricket.
- We are all pretty busy lads but enjoy spending time with each other and get on well.

A bit about the house:
- The room on offer is a fairly large ground floor room, with a desk and chair provided.
- The house comprises of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, a living room/kitchen, a study and a garden.
- We have a lovely south facing garden which is a sun trap in the summer.
- The tube is roughly a 4 minute walk away.
- Our landlady is amazing.
- There is on-street parking if you need it (£200 a year).
- Bills come to roughly £100 a month.

What we’re looking for:
- A chilled out, like-minded, into sports, enjoys the odd coffee or night out.
- no smoking/vaping.
- We like to keep the place very very clean/tidy, so cleanliness is imperative.
