Hi! Rowan (Scottish), Ellie (Essex) and I(Yorkshire) have a small double room up for grabs in our 4 bedroom house, 5 min walk from Tooting Broadway Station.
6th April is the date the rent needs to be taken over.
The room is small but has a wardrobe and mirrored cupboard in it, also comes with bed and mattress, it is a small double but is a nice wee room none the less.
The house has a separate kitchen and living room and a huge back garden.
We all have our own friendship groups out with the house but get on really well and enjoy watching telly together, pub trips and having dinner together and are looking for a friendly, sociable girl in her twenties to join us!
Rent is £575 and bills roughly £90 on top but like everyone else this is due to increase in August. If you are interested please let us know a little about yourself, we are hoping to get viewings booked in this week 💖
