Lovely Double Room Close to Tooting Broadway Tube

I am looking to rent out my double room in my flat in Tooting Broadway as my lovely lodger has moved to Australia,

The room comes fully furnished and you will have exclusive use of the main bathroom.

The flat is lovely and very bright with an open plan kitchen/living room, and comes with all the usual white goods.

Tooting Broadway tube station is only a short walk away (approx 5mins) so perfect for commuting into central and shopping. Tooting market is also about 2 mins walk away.

You will be sharing the flat with ONE person- me (female in my early 40’s) and my indoor cat Ziggy, so you must be comfortable with cats.

The ideal flatmate must be clean, considerate, friendly and respectful. Would suit a working professional in permanent employment, preferably female 30+ (preferably not wfh/ remote) as I wfh 3 days per week, this is to keep the balance in the flat.

This is not a party flat! Non-smokers only!

Rent will be £1050 per month
Bills come to £120 each per month
Total per month £1170

which includes high speed fibre broadband with community fibre (920 mbps) council tax, water, electricity on fixed monthly, tv license (Netflix, Prime, NOW, BBC iplayer etc)

The electricity may be more over the winter months, so we just pay any top up over the fixed amount.

Deposit of £1050 will be held and refunded back to you provided all is good. Ideally would require a minimum of six months.

Move in date from now, however, flexible on the move in date for the right person.
