Ideal for someone looking for a short let or someone new to London looking to find their feet or someone on a work placement.

We have a Double room available in shared house in the Tooting area.
Available from 1st June.

It’s a 10 minute walk to the tube and 5 minute walk to mainline station. Bus stop at the end of the road. Great transport links.

Room comes furnished. Some slightly different furniture now. Room is currently occupied, these photos are from when the room was unoccupied.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
We have a garden.

Sharing with two professional females in their 30s. We are looking for a female, professional, aged 30+.
We would like them to be who is clean, tidy and considerate others . Someone who enjoys a chat at the end of the day, wants to watch a film or maybe grab a drink. But they also equally understand the importance of own space. This is not a party house.
