There's no deposit in the contract.

Note it is a non smoking house.

Large fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, oven, 2 fridges, washing machine etc.

Two toilets, one bathroom, garden.

The house is located on a quiet residential street at the corner of Tooting high street and 10 mins from St George hospital.

Five minutes walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line, zone 3).

Less than 10 minute walk to Tooting railway station (national line).

Convenient bus services (bus numbers: G1, 44, 57, 77, 127, 131, 155, 219, 355, 264, 333, 270, 280, 493) to Clapham Junction, Elephant and Castle, Brixton, Wimbledon.
