Hey!
Me and my two housemates are looking for a housemate for our lovely 4 bed flat situated 5 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station.
The house is amazing, it has an open plan kitchen lounge, garden and 2 bathrooms. We're looking to fill the first floor double bedroom from December 21st, with a deposit of £952. The room comes unfurnished and is £802.50 excluding bills, which usually come to around £80p/m including a professional clean every 2 weeks and high speed fibre broadband.
Kat, Lisa and myself (current housemates) are all social professionals working in interior design, travel and architecture industries. We WFH 1-3 days a week and love going out for coffee and brunch on the weekends as well as spending time catching up together in the house.
Please let me know if you'd be interested and we can arrange a viewing for late October - we apologise in advance for slow responses due to popular demand!
The existing housemate is also interested in selling some furniture if that is of interest, including a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. This can be discussed upon viewing.
