Me and my two housemates are looking for a housemate for our lovely 4 bed flat situated 5 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station.
The house is amazing, it has an open plan kitchen lounge, garden for BBQs and 2 bathrooms. We're looking to fill the first floor double bedroom from November 3rd, with a deposit of £1,050. The room comes unfurnished and is £802.50 excluding bills, which usually come to around £80p/m including a professional clean every 2 weeks and high speed fibre broadband.
Kat, Lisa and myself (current housemates) are all social professionals working in interior design, travel and architecture industries. We WFH 1-3 days a week and love going out for coffee and brunch on the weekends as well as spending time catching up together in the house.
