We have two rooms becoming available in our lovely house share, just a stone’s throw from Tooting Broadway tube station and Sainsbury’s – ideal for transport links and everyday essentials. The house is amazing, it has an open plan kitchen lounge, garden and 2 bathrooms.

We’re looking to replace two housemates who are moving out in March. You’d be living with Helen (32) and Holly (31).

We both have busy schedules, but we’re a sociable, friendly house and enjoy catching up in the evenings, going for brunch, pilates, and a Friday lunchtime walk to the common. We WFH up to 3 days per week and are looking for someone who’s independent but enjoys being part of a relaxed, social home.

The rooms:
Smaller room: £870 pcm – available early/mid March

Larger room: £910 pcm – available end of Feb/March

Move in dates are negotiable.

Rent is split according to room size, and the deposit is £952. The rooms come unfurnished but the current housemates are willing to sell some furniture on a first come first serve basis. Both of these rooms share a bathroom and are excluding bills, which usually come to around £80p/m including a professional clean every 2 weeks and high speed fibre broadband.

Viewings:
Viewings will be taking place from 10th February, in the evenings.
