1 double available and 2nd available in July

I have a beautiful double room in a 2 bed flat to rent, my room will be available from the 1st June and the second room will be available in July - if you are friends wanting to move together or would like to choose your own housemate it’s up to you!

I currently have 2 cats (the landlord allows cats only) 🐈‍⬛

My room is a large double with great lighting and built in white wardrobes. The second room is another double and has its own private garden. Shared bathroom and open living and kitchen area, looking out into the garden - which also gets great light and has plenty of space for bbq’s / gardening! 🪴

Both my housemate and I have lived here for a year and it’s a really great spot, quiet street, close to the tube, hospital and lots of amazing pubs and restaurants!

Bills aren’t included they are around £100 each per month.
