We are looking for an easy going, sociable housemate to fill one double room in a bright, modern house in Tooting Broadway. The property has a spacious living area and kitchen, opening up to a garden.
The house is an 8 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station, so there is easy access to both the City and central London.
The rent is £793pm excluding bills. We rent as a house, direct from the landlord and split everything equally.
The room itself is upstairs, reasonably sized and comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk & bedside table.
Current housemates are Iacopo and Joe. We are both easy going, sociable and get on well and are looking for someone similar.
Joe is a Welsh playwright and screenwriter. Iacopo, Italian, works in finance and is an awful singing student but gets the odd gold star for effort. Both are quite sporty, go to the gym and enjoy the odd glass of wine or two.
The room is available on the 1st October.
