Large Double Room In 3 Bedroom Flat

Come join our lovely and bright 3 bedroom flat, 5 mins from Tooting Broadway Station. I’m moving in with my girlfriend so looking to fill my spot in the coming weeks!

The room is the largest bedroom in the flat, sitting on the second floor with a shared bathroom, also coming fully furnished with cupboards, desk and bedside tables. We’ve got every supermarket and takeaway you can think of within 5 mins of the front door. Rent is £950 and bills come to around £100ish.

Yaw and Niall are the current housemates, both easy going lads who like the odd beer or two. Looking for someone who’s fairly outgoing but also enjoys their own time and space.

Yaw is moving out later this year to get closer to his work so if you’ve got a mate who’s also looking, we can try and work timings to fit you both in!
