You will be living with me and my boyfriend. I run a marketing agency, and he works in cancer research as a coder. We are both usually in the office around four days a week.
We enjoy socialising and occasionally having friends over, but we also appreciate quiet evenings at home. The main thing for us is having a friendly and relaxed home environment.
We are looking for someone considerate, sociable and comfortable sharing the space. The flat has a great living area and patio, and we would much rather live with someone who enjoys using the common spaces than someone who feels they need to stay in their room.

You will also be sharing with Roxy, our four year old Miniature Dachshund. She is small, confident and very friendly. She comes to work with us most days, so she is not always around, but when she is home she enjoys sofa cuddles and chasing squirrels on the common at the end of the road.
