The flat is split over 2 main levels with 2 other split levels so feels really spacious and homely. This is a 3 bed property, so currently occupied by myself and another housemate.

Ideally looking for a housemate who has similar interests and would become a friend, rather than just renting a room.

I love cooking and definitely moving into my dinner party era ✨
Naturally a social person but definitely starting to enjoy a cosy night in 👵🏻
Still obviously enjoy a glass (or 5) after work, and so many locals to choose from 🍷🍺

Less than 10 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube station - Northern line.
5 min walk to Tooting market and Broadway market with loads of bars, restaurants and shops.
5 mins walk to the highstreet which has an Aldi, Sainsburys, TKMaxx, Primark etc & pubs.
5 mins in the other direction to a massive Lidl.

No smokers please! Working professionals only. Similar age preferred. Can be flexible on move in date but room will be available from 1st November.
