We are looking for 1 new housemate to join a large, homely 4 bedroom house in the heart of Tooting. It really is a great house, with 4 large bedrooms, a communal kitchen and living room, and an incredible south-facing garden and patio which gets loads of natural light.

The room available is fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and is much more spacious than it looks! You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person, and the room is located on the top floor of the house. Rent is £950PCM .excluding bills (Bills roughly come to £100pp PCM)

It's in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk away from Tooting Broadway station, with various other overground stations (Wandsworth Common, Tooting, Balham) also within walking distance. The location is ideal - it's right next to all the amenities and restaurants that Tooting Broadway has to offer, but also on a really nice, residential road.

In general, the vibe is really chilled, and we would be looking for more of the same - a housemate that is happy to get together and watch a film and hang out, but also lead their own lives. As for us, we are two gay guys and one straight woman all in our 30’s and we are looking for a friendly, respectful and clean housemate that is looking for a homely property, and can fit into a nice household!
