Two Double rooms in Tooting Broadway

One room has gone! All room photos are of the room available.
We are looking for a professional in their thirties to replace me and my housemate.
I am moving out after 3 happy years as I have bought my own flat, my house mate is moving home. The new flatmate is a guy.
Sorry but we cannot take couples or students.

The deposit for each room is £924.

The house is just off the high st but on a quiet, residential road with off road parking, a private garden, a shared big kitchen, bathroom and living room. We are directly in the middle between Tooting Broadway tube and Tooting overground. Both are under a 10 min walk away.

Bills are not included but they usually come to around £150 a month and we use Splitwise.

Second room comes furnished with a bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small shelving unit.

We are all friendly, very clean and sociable with each other but also respect each other’s privacy so would be looking for someone who is similar! We do the usual of a cleaning rota and all household purchases get put on Splitwise so no fights over who last bought toilet roll!
