Description
Our housemate is moving out as she has bought her own place, so we are looking for someone to replace her.
The house is on a residential road with off road parking, a private garden and a shared big kitchen, bathroom and living room. Bills are not included but they usually come to around £150 a month and we use Splitwise.
The room comes furnished with a second room attached that can be used as a wardrobe or office that is private to that room! Room includes a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
We all get on and have dinner or a glass of wine together but also have our own friendship groups, looking for someone who wants to be friendly with their housemates but also respects wanting their own time.
We are all friendly, very clean and sociable with each other but also respect each other’s privacy so would be looking for someone who is similar! We do the usual of a cleaning rota and all household purchase of Splitwise so no fights over who last bought toilet roll!
House also comes with my mini dachshund called klaus!!
