The house has a lovely shared living room, shared kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet. The rooms are a great size, and come furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The location is very close to the tube and all that Tooting Broadway has to offer with lots of shops and some really nice pubs, restaurants and bars including the Castle, Graveney & Meadow, the Selkirk, the Trafalgar Arms, KoaSarn and loads of great bars and restaurants in Tooting Market. It is also very close to Tooting Common an the Lido swimming pool.

My friend and I are moving in this week and we're looking for 3 housemates to join. We would like to live in a mixed household, so the intention is to have at least 2 men and 2 women, as we think this creates a better house dynamic. We're basically just looking for people who are similar age and who we think we'd get along with.

We like travelling, playing sports, going to the gym, chill nights in but also the odd night out and going to the pub.
