We have TWO double bedrooms available in our house in Tooting!

It is a 4 bed maisonette with 2 bathrooms and a very bright and spacious communal living/kitchen area.

1️⃣ Bedroom 1 on floorplan - available immediately
The room is on the top floor, has two windows and a desk and chair already there (optional if you want to keep), and a small double bed. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other girl.

3️⃣ Bedroom 3 on floor plan - available 29th April
The room is on the bottom floor (middle floor of the property overall not ground level!) with a double bed. And you will share the bathroom with one other girl!

🚇 The flat is located right off of Tooting high street- about 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station.

💸Rent is £875 and bills are roughly £55 a month.

There is no deposit but first and last month rent needs to be paid upfront and the contract is 1 year long and ends April 2025.

The landlord will also need to vet whoever takes over the contract which includes: basic credit check, guarantor/references, identify check, income verification & address verification.

✨Who you’ll be living with✨
We are 24/25 so we are looking for someone of similar age! We both work hybrid - wfh 2 or 3 days a week.

💼 You will need to be in a professional job as we cant take students.

🍻🧼 We are looking for housemates who are sociable, clean, respectful and someone we can also be friends with! We love a good movie night or a spontaneous pub night!
