We have a room going in a 3 bedroom flat for a single person in Tooting (SW17 0UQ), available from the 18th of April. Rent is £725 pcm + bond of £962. The total move in cost is £1687. Bills work out to be approx. £110 per month. The room comes with a double-bed and freestanding clothes rack. Current lease runs until mid-October with the option to renew. Flat is located a 10-minute walk, or 5-minute bus, to both Tooting Broadway Station and Earlsfield station.

We have a large Lidl a 5-minute walk away and multiple Off Licences across the road, as well as a sensational chicken shop. Current flatmates are two guys (1 Aussie and 1 Kiwi), aged 25 and 30, who both work 9-5 Monday to Friday, so looking for someone similar. The house is relatively quiet during the week but on weekends we enjoy catching up with mates and capitalising on the excellent social opportunities this great city has to offer or darting off to Europe for a weekend.
