Large room in huge Tooting house!

Hey! I am unfortunately moving out of Tooting to another part of London, which means my amazing room is up for grabs! You will be living with Ishi, Matilde and Andrea who are friendly, sociable and clean girls and have really made my time here great! We are a two minute walk from Tooting Broadway station and have local gyms, supermarkets and pubs nearby.
The room is £830 including all bills and fortnightly cleaner. There are three bathrooms between the four people here.
My new lease starts on the 11th May, however I have paid this month up to the 22nd May and therefore the 23rd is the latest date for moving in if needed. If you are moving in before the 22nd we will organise the rent split between us.
