😊 Current Occupants:

You'll be sharing this space with myself, my fiancé and one male flatmate called David. We're a friendly and laid-back house always up for a chat but also respectful of personal space. My fiancé and I are 26 and work in finance and recruitment. David is 25 and an ecologist. We are generally tidy and work from home 3 days a week.

💰 Rent and Bills:

Bills are approximately (£70-80 pcm)
Rent is £850pcm for the double room

📆 Move in date:

From 1st Jan 2026 (preferably ASAP - if you can move in in December, that would be great)

✨ Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a mature medical student or professional to move into our house. Big plus if you have a job that requires you to go to an office hybrid/full time e. g. teacher (but not necessary)
