Hello! I'm leaving this great flat in Tooting Broadway and need someone to replace me.

I've lived here v happily for 2 and a half years but now am moving to be closer to work/family.

The room is great, south facing so lots of natural light, and very big. It has an ensuite bathroom too.

The kitchen and living area is also very spacious, and is complete with access to a garden.

The rent is very reasonable and transport links are great: you can be sat on the Northern line within 3 mins after leaving the house, and can get to Tottenham Court Road in under half an hour.

The landlord is very flexible and has been so generous and helpful during my time here. The two current flatmates are Calum, a musician, and Adam, an art gallery technician (who is also a musician!). They're looking for someone who's laidback and tidy, who can help maintain the flat. You won't find a better living sitch, guaranteed !!
