🚊 Less than 5 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station (northern line)

🪩 Close to the high street with lots of shops, gyms, pubs and the market (but the house is still on a quieter street which is great)

🏡 £900 per month (excluding bills, which usually come to just under £100 p. p). We also pay for a cleaner every 2 weeks.

🛏️ Double room on the second floor, with a shared bathroom (not en-suite, but you’ll basically have it to yourself as there is another bathroom upstairs that Alex and I share)

🪴Other bits: has a cute garden; dishwasher; washing machine; tumble dryer. Comes fully furnished.
