Social House with garden and good vibes!

Hello!
We are two girls living in a newly refurbished ground floor apartment in Tooting. The tube station is at the end of the road, right next to Tooting Market and we are beside a gym and swimming pool and a ton of great pubs as well as tooting market!

We're looking for a person or couple to join our flat and ideally be someone who's quite social, keen to hang out together and the occasional pub outing. We are good friends with the flats above (all aged 25-33) and often spend time in and out of the other flats.

Current flatmates: I am 29 years old and work in fashion events - I travel sometimes for work but usually work Monday-Wednesday in the office and WFH Thursday & Friday. The second flatmate is Shay, who's just turned 18 - she came to live with me a few years ago to go to school down in London. My partner Jordan (27) is also planning to move in towards the end of the year. Shay is quite a bit more mature for her age than most and we get along more like best friends than kid/guardian. We're very social, like to watch a good crime documentary and looking for people who might be keen to get involved.

We're very easy going so looking for someone the same - the house is clean and well styled as I do some interior design projects and stylist work.

We have a Persian cat called Cat and a white fluffy Pomeranian called Peanut. We are open to new pets but would like for them to have a meet and greet.
