☀️Bright Double Room in 3 bed maisonette, Tooting

Our flatmate is moving out se we’re looking for someone to join us in our 3 bedroom flat in Tooting Broadway!

It's a great location, with the tube station (Northern Line Zone 3) and plenty of shops/restaurants/bars just 2-5 minutes away. It's also right next to St George's Hospital, so could be great for anyone who works there.

The flat is split across 3 levels with 3 double bedrooms, a large living/dining room and bathroom with shower & bath. The bedroom on offer is really bright and overlooks the garden, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You wouldn't be able to fit a desk in the bedroom so it is best for someone who doesn't work from home, though there's a dining table in the living area to wfh when/if needed. The house is at the quiet end of the street and with friendly neighbours.

A bit about the us: Jothi (26) works at a hospital, big foodie and loves a wine night watching MAFS and Bryony (27) works in the city (mix of WFH/office), is also big foodie and loves a pint so it would be great to find someone up for exploring London's food/pub scene with us! We're both tidy and respectful, and are looking for someone who has similar interests and ideally we can be friends with, not just a flatmate!

Council tax band C (Wandsworth council tax is one of the cheapest in the country!), and all other bills are fairly cheap (Total bills come to about £50 in summer, and £100 in winter)
