Double room available

Unfortunately our lovely housemate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend so we have a spare room available in our flat in Tooting Broadway.

There’s room for a desk if you want - the current housemate has her desk just outside the room for more clothes storage In the room. We have an open living room and kitchen and one bathroom. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and we come under Wandsworth council tax (the dream). The room comes with a bed and wardrobe. The photos don’t do the flat justice we promise haha.

I’m 27 and a civil servant and Emma (the other current housemate) is a teacher so we are pretty calm during the week. We love doing the usual - watching reality tv together, running, cooking and chilling out etc.

Our landlord also requires the new tenant to earn £25k per year
