Double room available in lovely terraced house 2 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station!

My flatmate of four years is moving in with her boyfriend next month, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to join my lease. I’m 28 and work in advertising, and am usually wfh on Mondays & Fridays and in the office the rest of the week. I’m sociable, easy going and quite active, and am looking for someone likeminded who will treat the flat like a home 🏡

The flat is located on the ground floor and has separate kitchen and living room as well as a lovely astroturfed garden that’s perfect in the summer☀️ The flat is really well equipped with washing machine, breakfast bar, comfy L-shaped sofa etc., and there‘s lots of storage around the flat too.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, huge built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, and there’s plenty of room for a bedside table too. I’d also be happy to swap for the other room which goes onto the garden if that would be preferred.

The flat is next to Tooting Broadway station and the Northern line so it’s really well connected, and there’s an endless supply of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars nearby in Tooting.

The landlord is lovely (the best I’ve had in London!) and is on hand for anything and is very relaxed.

The rent’s £900 each per month, and bills usually come to just over £100 a month. On street parking is available too, with permits available to purchase.

Available from 18th June 2024 - however this can be flexible!
