Hi, we are two friends, living in Tooting with a double room to fill. Our house is a spacious 3/4 bed, short walk from tooting broadway tube station and not far off the main road, so feels safe for a late walk home. We are close to st George's hospy & all amenities are nearby (TK Maxx). We are ideally looking for someone who likes a cosy night in, as well as trips to the pub & someone who is relatively tidy & clean.

- Furnished (sink, wardrobe, purple chest of drawers, double bed included)
- Downstairs room, looks onto the back garden (fully enclosed/private from view of other houses)

- 1 bathroom (big with a bath and lots of storage)

- lots of cupboard and fridge space

- Little garden (gets the morning sun)
- Lots of house plants
- On street parking available with permit
- Pantry with room for bikes
- bills, council tax, internet etc = about £100 a month each
