Searching for a new roomie to join Meg & I in this super cute flat in Tooting from mid july.
We don’t currently live there but have agreed the tenancy with the landlord.
£950 for a MASSIVE room with loads of built in storage and two large windows. Room comes with the bed and desk. Bills are approx £120 extra.
The flat is an 8 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station, and in a gated area on a quiet road.
The flat itself is lovely - 3 beds 1 bathroom, spacious kitchen with living area and lovely little garden.
Me and meg are both 26 and have been besties for years so hoping to find a friend not just a roommate! I work in HR and meg works as a civil servant. We spend our spare time gymming, running, yoga-ing, reading, drinking far too much wine and cooking delicious food. (You can share our Em the Nutritionist book with us xxx)
We are looking for someone who is very clean and tidy - this is super important to us (want it to feel like a home not a uni house), considerate of others and loves to mingle but also happy to have some downtime.
Huge bonus if you are hilarious / spend most of your time having a laugh xoxoxo
Also the landlord requires you to earn at least £28K.
We know the people currently in the flat so they are happy to help us hold viewings.
We would firstly do a virtual meet to see if we could be a good fit, then narrow it down to 3/4 people and sort a time with the current tenants where we could show you around :)
