We are looking for someone to take over the tenancy of our housemate in this brilliant house share.
We (Joe, Alex, and Jack) are 23-26 year-old professionals into sports (e. g. running incl. Tooting ParkRun), going down the pub and playing card games together.
You’ll get this furnished double room on the ground floor with a window facing onto the back garden. The room includes a double bed, sink, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, and a desk with chair.
Great location! What’s nearby?
· Located along the Northern Line – 8-minute walk to the Tooting Broadway Station
· Walk from the station is along a main road with a big Sainsbury’s (10 minute walk to a large Aldi), multiple lovely pubs with outdoor beer gardens, lots of cafes, and a range of delicious restaurants.
· 10-minute walk to Tooting and Broadway Market.
· 2 min walk to 24 hr gym – lots of different gyms on offer in the area.
· The house is on a very quiet residential road
· The doctors on the corner is great for same day appointments.
