Big friendly Tooting house

Looking for someone to fill a cosy double room going in our lovely and big 3 floor house in Tooting!

*Move in date 19th September (but we can be flexibile if needed)*

The house has a big open plan kitchen and dining area, cosy living room, utility room, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower (which you would only share with 2 others). As well as the double room you would also have your own second big chest of drawers directly outside your bedroom in the hallway plus half of a seperate large walk in wardrobe room - perfect for anyone who has too many clothes! We also use the kitchen table as a desk so you'll always have space to work downstairs whenever you need (theres room for 4 people, but its so rare that we're all using it on the same days!)

The house is in a great location:
- 5 minute walk to tooting broadway
- 3 minute walk to the nearest bus station with great links
- 10 minute walk to tooting broadway overground station
- 2 tube stops away from Balham train station
- 10 minute walk to the huge Tooting common park
- 8 minute walk to a massive sainsburies or aldi
- 3 minute walk to the famous Tooting market (as well as lots of other great pubs and restaurants!)

You would be living with 3 professionals all in their late 20s/early 30s who are chilled, clean, friendly and always up for a catch up or evening down the pub, but also respect each others personal space and down time! We're looking for someone of a similar age, who ideally would want to stay long term and also clean and sociable but equally has their own things going on. (Just to note as well, as much as we all love a drink this is not a party house!)
