Looking for 4th person for Tooting property

Hi! We are 3 friends (professionals aged 25-27) who are putting an offer in on a 4 bedroom property in Tooting. We are looking for another individual to join us. We are a clean and social but also like our down time. The move in date would be 1st July.

A bit about the room: it’s hardwood floors, has a double bed with a small bedside drawer. There’s currently no wardrobe but we reckon we can fit a wardrobe with sliding doors and also some under bed storage. There’s also a bit of space in the loft bedroom so things that you don’t immediately need can be stored there!

The whole house in general is spacious and of course you can work in the living room if you WFH. It is also only 10 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station!
