We have 2 lovely double rooms available in our large 4-bedroom house, located in the heart of Tooting! One housemate is off travelling and another has bought their own home, so we are looking for 2 friendly and sociable people to join our home from July 2024.
Our utility bills typically range between £80-100 monthly depending on the season and this includes gas, electric, council tax, broadband and water.

Room One:
This is the larger room pictured and is available from 29th July 2024. The room is on the top floor and looks over the street, with lots of natural light. The rent for the room is £736 per month without bills.

The room is partially furnished with a wardrobe, drawers and built in clothes rail. The remaining furniture pictured (bed frame, mattress, shelves and desk) are available to buy off our outgoing housemate.

Room Two:
This is the smaller room pictured and comes unfurnished, however it does have built in clothes rails (pictured). The room is likely to be available at the same time at the end of July 2024 but this is TBC as our housemate is waiting for a final date to be confirmed. The rent for the room is £623 per month without bills.

The House:
Our house is 4 bedrooms spread across 3 floors, with a separate kitchen, living room, a downstairs toilet, and bathroom. We've got a large basement for storage and a garden too. The house is on a residential street with permit parking with a coffee shop, café, chippy and corner shop close by.

Transport Links:
Tooting Broadway Station - 8 min walk
Tooting Rail Station - 12 min walk
There’s also buses that go to Balham, Earlsfield, Croydon, Victoria, Putney, Streatham.
Local things:
Sainsbury's, Aldi, Lidl, Tesco Express, Iceland – all less than a 10 min walk
High Street & Tooting Markets - 10 min walk
Tooting Common - 12 min walk

The Household:
Currently in the house are Sian and Nina. Sian works in Legal and Nina works in Equity. We met through Spareroom and get on great. We have lived here between 1-3 years and there’s a good balance of spending time together, but also doing our own thing.

We are definitely more of a home than just a house-share vibe, so are looking for someone who is looking for more than just a place to crash. Ideally our new housemate will be social, friendly, clean and respectful. To keep the age balance, we are looking for someone between 26 and 32 and would prefer our new housemate not to WFH entirely!

We are a LGBTQ+ friendly house with 2 pescatarians (although it's not a necessity that you are one too!) Reference checks will also be carried out by our letting agency prior to moving in.
