Looking for a professional female to join our lovely Tooting Broadway flat.
Super spacious and comfortable room on the top floor of the flat. Comes with bed with storage draws underneath, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table plus the desk + chair also if you would like.
We are a super friendly household made up of an Australian and South African. We both have our own lives but love a kitchen debrief and the occasional dinner.
We work full time (hybrid between home and the office) and would be looking for someone who does the same. If you are considerate, clean and love to chat this house could be for you!
Location couldn’t be more perfect. 2 min walk to Tooting Broadway station. Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Lidil and the rest of the high street shops are only minutes away. Plus Tooting and Wandsworth Common are both within easy walking distance.
Viewings will be held evening of 24 and 25 June.
Bills are approx. £90 depending on the time of year and are split evenly. You would be taking over the contract and we are wanting someone to stay long term.
