About us - We’ve all been in the flat for varying lengths of time but met through spareroom and have since become good friends. We all have busy lives so are often out and about, but we like to have a meal or drink together when we can and there’s always someone around for a chat. Richard is from Newcastle and works in hospitality, Kate is an publication editor and Aisling is a PE teacher.

We would love someone who is keen to have a chat, get involved and make this house a home. We understand everyone needs their space at times too and are looking for someone who is respectful of everyone’s space and is also clean and tidy. We’re an LGBTQI+ friendly house

About the house:
- 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station on the Northern line
- 20 minute walk to Tooting common
- 5 minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Lidl.
- 5 minute walk to loads of amazing pubs, restaurants and Tooting markets.

The is flat is over two floors and has
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- living room
- kitchen
- A garden which we share with a lovely man who lives on the ground floor.

The room:
- Large double room
- Comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
- Shared bathroom with only one other person (Richard)
- Available from 12th August
- The room is single occupancy so no couples, and the landlord only accepts professionals so no students sorry!

Costs:
- Rent £562.50 per month
- Bills come in about £145 per month all together (council tax, water, TV license & wifi, gas & electricity, and the cleaner who comes once every two weeks. This might change slightly depending on price rises in winter)
- Deposit is £475
- Potentially £50 fee for a new contract
- We have a house monzo card for bills, shared house cleaning products etc
