Hey! I am looking for a new flatmate, my current flatmate is moving out to go and live in Oz.
I am a sociable person that has grown up in London all my life. I have my own network of friends, so looking for someone that is independent but equally want to live with someone that will enjoy the odd meal/ pub trip together.
I am clean, respectful and a glass half full kinda girl!
I work in employment support and WFH 3 days a week roughly.
The road is very friendly and safe, all the neighbours are friends and it has a lovely community feel to it.
Plenty of gyms close by, the Lido is about a 20 min walk and Tooting Leisure Centre is about 7 mins away with a large pool, sauna and steam room.
2 bed ground floor garden flat.
Two gardens to relax in and a bbq to use.
4 mins from Tooting Broadway tube.
Large light double room. Can be furnished or unfurnished.
A few mins walk to plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops.
Shared kitchen, sitting room and bathroom.
All bills included- WiFi & TV licence.
