Short Term room in Sociable House

Friendly flatmate (or couple) wanted for a short term room in a gorgeous modern house with fantastic kitchen and tropical garden. You'd be living with a sociable male and female who love to cook and never say no to a midweek glass of wine! The rent includes all bills and a cleaner twice a month.

Room is available for up to 3 months, and couples are welcome (although the cost for a couple would be £1600 per month)

- Good pub at the bottom of the road (you can be there in under a minute if you run)

** THE AREA **
Tooting is a food lovers delight. There are two markets with small eateries serving food from Argentina, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Ethiopia, France, Greece and more! Tooting also has 35 curry houses within a 10 minute walk of our house. Oh, and Tooting Lido is the biggest outdoor pool in the UK, at a massive 93 metres long.

** ABOUT YOUR FLATMATES **
JO - Nurse and classically trained musician who loves yoga, surfing, dogs and a good Thai green curry.
PETE - IT geek and amateur music producer (disco and house), who loves making chilli sauce, organising social events and cycling between pubs.

We are both extremely passionate about food, both eating it and cooking it, all types of music, films and boxsets. Oh, and CHEESE.

We host dinner parties, BBQs and pizza nights a couple of times a month, which we would love you to join in with. If you love to cook, then contribute a course! (PS - We are good at cooking but rubbish at making cocktails. Bonus points to a flatmate who can make a decent margarita). We are both very social, but also respect other people's space, and love downtime, as we all do.

We are a couple, but not a “couply-couple”. And we’ll be looking for one more person for another bedroom in the house (unless you are a couple moving in, in which case we'll keep the house as four people)

The house is a great social space if you want to throw dinner parties yourself, with three dining spaces (lounge, kitchen and garden).
