1 bedroom in a 2bed,2bath flat in Tooting Broadway

Looking for a new housemate as my housemate is moving countries.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with a shared living room, a big balcony and roof top area about 6 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to central london from here. This apartment is above Lidl and in close proximity to Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury and Iceland as well as many restaurants.

I am looking for a clean housemate, preferably a female, however a male housemate will also be considered.

In the past year, my bills has been no more than £100 per person.
