Two rooms in friendly house in Tooting

Hi,
We have two rooms for rent in a nice house less than 10 minutes from Tooting Broadway station, and 15 minutes from Tooting Bec. The location is perfect, there are plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away but the street is a quiet residential one, so we don’t get noise from the high street.
The contract starts from the 1st August.

The rooms:
Room One is a single room with a bathroom you will share with one other person.
Room Two is a spacious double room with an ensuite.
There is also a shared lounge, with a tv and two large sofas, a well stocked kitchen, and a small slightly neglected garden. There’s plenty of space to store a bike inside and it’s possible to get visitor permits for parking outside the house on occasion.

About you:
We are looking for friendly professionals in their 30s who are looking for somewhere chilled to live. We are open to people who do shift work and/or people who work from home - we have great internet.
We’d be open to a couple moving into the double bed en-suite room - the rent would then be 1170 a month.

About us:
Bethan works for a large cancer charity and volunteers with Samaritans as an alternative to having free time. Tony is an actor who works as a doctor.
We are looking for people who have their own lives but are also sociable and up for a house meal, tv night or pub visit from time to time.
