Tooting Broadway sublet

Hi there!

I’m looking to sublet my room in Tooting Broadway from the
11th of July to the 20th of August so just over 5 and a half weeks of London summer!

The house is a literal three minute walk to the Tooting Broadway underground station so it’s easy to get into central on the northern line.

The room is £775 per month and then £100 in bills so for 5.5 weeks it would be £1200 total (:
(£137.50 for bills and £1065.60 for rent with a generous £3.10 discount haha)
Bills include water, heating, council tax, electricity and a bi-weekly cleaner.

This is what I pay so I’m not making profit just trying not to make a loss and if the bills come cheaper at the end of the month I’ll obviously charge you less.

You’ll be living with two of my flatmates who are super lovely, Sophie who’s 26 an analyst, loves football, gardening and photography and Simon 28, a campaign manager who loves golf and football ⚽️.

The room itself is massive and bright - loads of natural light, a desk if you need to work and then the usual cupboards and chests of drawers and wardrobes etc.

Shared main bathroom with another toilet downstairs, cosy living room and a nice big kitchen leading to the back garden which Sophie has recently transformed haha so you can make the most of any bbqs you desire.
