Spacious double room in 2 bed flat

Looking for a professional female housemate who is friendly, clean and respectful. Ideally it would be someone who is social and can be friends with, but also who does their own thing too. My housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so looking to fill the room.

A bit about me, my name is Jade (27) I’ve lived in the flat for a year already. I go into the office twice a week and there is plenty of space for us both to work from home too. I love a good evening in watching TV or a movie with a glass of wine and having friends round for dinner. I also love cooking, reading, working out and exploring new restaurants.

The flat is on the high street so a great location with lots of shops, restaurants and gyms nearby. But it’s removed enough from the street that it’s not super noisy. The flat is really close to the underground and has multiple bus routes right outside. The flat is unfurnished, however she only needs to take the bed so she would be up for leaving behind/ selling the rest.

The official date for the new contract is the 17th August but there may be some flexibility on move in date.
